All confirmed registrants are required to sign a disinurnment form prior to the event.
If you are attending on behalf of a family member or loved one, please provide an authorization letter along with a valid government-issued ID for verification.
Please note that the submission of the Disinurnment Form will close 15 minutes before the start of each Mass. Ensure that your forms are submitted promptly to participate in the vault opening.
The Zoom invitation will be sent a day before the booked schedule to the provided contact details. The Blessing will take approximately 5-10 minutes and will start on time with or without the participants.
The Vault blessing souvenir photo and Zoom recording for the packages with Live Private Blessing will be sent 3-4 working days after the event to the provided contact details.
Claim a special gift at the columbarium reception from October 26 to November 3, 2024 by simply presenting your loved one’s memorial wall profile.
One gift only for one dearly departed memorial wall profile.
Gifts are available on first-come, first-served basis.
Gifts are available while supplies last.
Visitation hours on October 26 to November 3 is from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
There will be NO Inurnment, Reinurnment, and Disinurnment from October 30 to November 4, 2024.
There will be NO Undas masses on October 30, 2024.
