Magnificat III is our beloved Marian exhibit and procession event, affectionately referred to as Magnificat, with each edition denoted by a Roman numeral. It commenced in 2017 during the tenure of Bishop Leo Tumulak and expanded to include a procession in 2019 under the apostolic administration of Oscar Jaime Florencio, now our esteemed Bishop.
Set within the serene confines of St. Thérèse Columbarium, located on the ground floor of the Shrine of St. Thérèse in Newport City, Pasay, Magnificat III is a testament to our enduring devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
A notable highlight of our Grand Marian Exhibit is its extended duration, running for a month compared to the typical timelines of other grand Marian events. Despite a temporary delay due to the pandemic, Magnificat is poised to become a biennial tradition at St. Thérèse Columbarium. This success is made possible by the dedicated efforts of Catholic Project and the unwavering support of the Shrine of St. Thérèse.
